2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the booking, payment, and service execution terms for private cruises on the Seine River and the Saint-Martin Canal offered by MON BATEAU PRIVÉ.

3. Services

MON BATEAU PRIVÉ offers private cruises aboard the boat Prince Alexo in the heart of Paris.

The cruises are intended for private use for 1 to 9 passengers maximum.

They may be organized for:

  • a couple’s outing
  • a trip with friends
  • a family outing
  • a birthday celebration
  • a marriage proposal
  • a bachelorette party
  • a private event

The standard cruise duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

4. Booking

Bookings can be made:

  • via the website
  • by phone
  • by email
  • through a partner platform

The booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received.

MON BATEAU PRIVÉ reserves the right to refuse any booking in case of:

  • unavailability
  • security concerns
  • failure to comply with these terms.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€).

The listed prices include the navigation service.

Prices may be modified at any time.
However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of booking.

6. Payment

Payment may be made by:

  • credit card
  • bank transfer
  • or any other method offered during the booking process.

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled cruise time.

If cancelled within this timeframe, the client may reschedule the cruise and keep the package, subject to availability.

Any rescheduling request will be arranged according to calendar availability.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the cruise, no refund will be issued.

8. Cancellation by the Organizer

MON BATEAU PRIVÉ may cancel or postpone a cruise in case of:

  • bad weather conditions
  • flooding of the Seine
  • technical problems
  • decisions by river authorities
  • force majeure.

In such cases, the cruise may be rescheduled or refunded.

9. Client Delay

Clients must arrive on time at the boarding point.

In case of delay, the cruise duration may be reduced without refund in order to respect navigation schedules.

10. Safety on Board

The boat captain is solely responsible for navigation and safety on board.

Passengers must follow:

  • safety instructions
  • navigation rules
  • the captain’s instructions.

MON BATEAU PRIVÉ reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone displaying dangerous or inappropriate behavior.

11. Liability

MON BATEAU PRIVÉ cannot be held responsible for:

  • loss or theft of personal belongings
  • delays related to navigation conditions
  • events beyond its control.

12. Data Protection

The information collected during the booking process is used solely for the management of the service.

It will not be shared with third parties without authorization.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Paris.

14. Acceptance of the Terms

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
